Pain !


Dear Dairy,
I'm aching all over since yesterday morning. I played badminton te ady before, it was very intense. Jogging wasnt even as muscle aching as this. I felt that if I want to blog, I have to do it now when I stil have the mood because if its drag, I will think im too painful to blog.
And to my suprise my right arm is shaking.
Pictures arent recieving yet so I cant post a picture post yet.
